Overview
Carsington Sailability Trust is a small UK charity based at Carsington Sailing Club. We are looking
for a volunteer Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees and manage the day-to-day finances of our
charity.
Responsibilities:
– Managing the day-to-day finances of the charity
– Preparing the annual accounts and financial report in the format required by the UK Charities
Commission
– Liaising with other members of the Board of Trustees and attending regular meetings
– Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and requirements:
Requirements:
– Experience in financial management or accounting
– Knowledge of charity finance regulations and requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Commitment to the values and mission of Carsington Sailability Trust
