Overview
Volunteer with us and your role, big or small, will make a difference to girls’ lives. A great way for you to have fun and make new friends too.
Girl guiding are looking for volunteers to help run activities for girls in weekly meetings and trips at:
- Duffield Rangers – age 14 to 18
- Holbrook Brownies & Breadsall Brownies– age 7 to 10
- Holbrook Guides & Heanor Guides – age 10 to 14
- Duffield Rainbows and Breadsall Rainbows – age 5 to 7
Leadership roles are available where training in delivering our program, first aid and safeguarding is included and we also have other opportunities to help the leadership teams.
We also have other volunteering roles in the wider Amber Valley & Allestree area, in particular we are looking for a volunteer treasurer for Duffield Rangers.
Commitment can be flexible. References and DBS checks will be required.
