Read Easy Derby and District provides free, confidential, one to one reading coaching for adults to improve their reading skills.
We are currently seeking a Literacy Specialist to join our friendly and inclusive management team.
This special person would ideally have teaching of reading experience. A knowledge of the phonics method of teaching would also be helpful. The role includes helping and advising our readers and Coordinators if they encounter any problems on their reading journey.
All training and induction given as well as support from the management team.
All we ask is for a non judgemental attitude, respect for others with a commitment to equality and diversity.
