About the Role
Join Citizens Advice Derbyshire Districts as a Volunteer Generalist Adviser and help local people find solutions to a wide range of issues. You will meet with clients face-to-face, listen to their concerns, assess their needs, research information, and provide guidance with the support of experienced supervisors. You will also help clients access self-help resources, understand their options, complete forms, and take practical steps to resolve problems. Case notes and records will form part of the role. - Have good verbal and written communication skills.
