About the Role
Become part of a friendly and supportive volunteer team helping people to resolve everyday problems and improve their situation. As a Volunteer Adviceline Telephone Adviser, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients, listening to their concerns, exploring their needs, researching information, and helping them understand their options.
You will provide telephone-based advice with the support of experienced supervisors, signpost clients to useful resources, and help them take practical next steps to address issues such as benefits, debt, housing, and council tax.
